Austin was amazing helping me with my windshield wipers. To some it may be easy but for my car since it’s a Mercedes it was more complicated then others. He also took the time to teach me and my son how to properly use the extra piece and made sure I know what brand and size mine takes. Also he educated me on the right cabin filter and air filter for my car as well. He’s patient, he’s educated and he will be the reason I come back. In this world we need more workers like him. Thank you!

It's a shame this corporation has a store that's incompetent on their customer service! Try to file a complaint with the corporate office they had the regional manager and she was also very rude and not helpful has no customer service concept therefore as to talk to her higher up about the situation in refunding my money back for a mistake they made by selling me the wrong transmission never did I get a call back from her boss I called corporate office they claim that he was not going to return my call I was shocked to know ... read more
