Excellent customer service. Very helpful with any questions I had. Also helpful with asking if any other products are needed to maintain my vehicle. Earl especially helpful along with Ali who over sees the store. All other employees have the same mind set to give great customer service. Spoke to Edward Martinez to give my feed back of my experience at the store and it is understandably right to say that employees working at the store are a good example of the managerial skills of the store manager.
I’m reluctant to write negative reviews like this, but I feel compelled to do so. The store manager, Edward (Eddie), blatantly lied to me in person when he claimed he had ordered a replacement part for the second time. About a week ago, I visited a store to order a bolt-on bug deflector/hood protector for my truck, specifically avoiding the taped-on variety. I came here to pick some parts from commercial for my surprise there is no parts and this guys don’t know noting about it, Why don’t hire people with enough experience, to much laughing with a customer but what about the rest of customers COMMON we need service too
Staff was very helpful find the correct battery for my truck.
