Giant line when I get in, and 3 of 4 employees all spending 15 mins on the same customer while everyone waits. I had ordered a battery online (because there was a rebate for online order and not for in-store). Get to counter, they can't find my order/name despite me having a receipt showing my name and order #. They finally find it, then manager says to make sure it doesn't require a mechanic install (which it doesn't, it said online the battery I ordered fit and to bring it in, and I previously installed one myself).
