These guys are awesome. They know what they're doing.
Cindy has the worst customer service!!!!!! She is always rude and has had an attitude every time she’s taken care of me in the store. It’s starting to feel discriminating. She’s even given me attitude over the phone. A few weeks ago i came in to get a radiator and she grabbed the wrong one which is no big deal but when i went to match them up she started giving me attitude. Everything was fine until I ran into this lady named Cindy, she was completely unaware of was she was doing and she had a horrible attitude towards me!
This is not the first interaction I’ve had with Cindey . On multiple occasions when I’ve gone in to look for parts she talks down on me and talks to me in a way that no employee should talk to customers. Definitely will not be going back to this location highly disappointed in oriellys staff PLEASE STAY AWAY unless you want to be belittled by the staff
