Came in for a battery scan since mine read bad the through a routine maintenance on my car. I came here due to being under warranty. The assistant manager, I think his name was Chris was so unhelpful. It’s one thing for me to take the battery out myself and bring it in for scanning, that wasn’t the issue. But to tell me that it would take up to two hours to get it scanned when the oreilly’s further down Marbach did it in less then one minute? Picked up some parts that were not in stock at another parts business. Price not bad, service good.
