I had an amazing experience at O’Reilly in Littleton! Jon was absolutely outstanding with his customer service. He helped me change the battery for my car’s remote with so much patience and care. They have alot of varied stock for weird old cars. Fast transfers to the store too
This place is useless! The crotchety older gentleman everything I've been in just hates life. I have a commercial account aswell. I'm a mobile mechanic with Location in Highlands Ranch. This is the only location that will not deliver to me because I have a home address for delivery BS. Also when I asked about picking up parts with a commercial account. This is my go to place around the area. The staff are helpful and they have good inventory. It's a little tricky to get in the lot but other than that its a solid place to get what you need for auto.
Don't waste your time at this store. They dont want to sell you parts and not friendly at all. I wasnt greeted when I walked in, so I had no idea about the "trainee" standing there. The old man then waved his finger at me twice like I was inconveniencing him by being there to buy parts from the store. Not a good way to do business. Ill take my money elsewhere.
