As someone who knows nothing about cars and is not good at explaining things… i just wanted to say that Austin & Seth were extremely patient and helpful with explaining things to me and helping me figure out the issue i was having! Service here is amazing!
On 8/27/2026 my jeep started making a loud noise I broke down in Killen got jumped off and drove to Oreily’s in Florence. From the moment I walked in the door the manager and assistant manager did everything possible to help me. They even took the time to check my vehicle after my serpentine belt and alternator went out. I will never use another part store. These guys treated me like family and I appreciate everything they did for me yesterday.
