Already knew what I was getting and finding it was simple since there are aisle indicators near ceiling height that are highly visible. But if I'm not sure where to go or what I need, they're quick to ask if I need help. They know the store layout well. They are also pretty well stocked at all times. I've had to walk over before for something because other parts store inventory was out.
Excellent customer service and help! I needed a battery for my vehicle at 8 pm tonight, O'Reilly was the only one open, so rushing in before closing Clint was right there to gather what I needed and get me back on my way! Hands down top notch quality Customer Service!! Thanks again Clint and Jesus for being outstanding employees as well as exceptional humans!
Friendly guys at the counter, they can get parts quick if they don’t have them at the store. Great customer service, as most O’Reilly’s have.
