I really didn't appreciate the way I was spoken to here by Ralph. I came in this morning to get A/C recharge and grabbed the wrong product ( I needed a longer hose) I called and asked if there was anyway I could exchange it and pay the difference. He asked if I had opened it and I told him no. I hadn't removed the red card or tried to use it yet. I did cut the plastic holding the hose to the can and I told him that over the phone that I did. I went to O'Reilly on 6/28/2025, I requested to get my oil checked. I was told they don't check oil. I knew it low and had plan to purchase oil however, I didn't know how low. I went next door to Autozone I asked to get my oil checked told me they would gladly check my oil. They just can't pick the oil in. Ladies please take your business to Autozone where they openly welcome all and genuinely care. I will never return to O'Reilly.
The hickory store on hwy 70 is the most useless excuse for a store I have a commercial account with the newton store a lady was broke down next to that store went up boosted her off she was going to go to advance and I sent her to the oreillys store just to be embarrassed told them I needed a battery the little asshole came out and said they was a draw on battery and refused to sell me a battery for her car I asked him in order to get a battery I need to go somewhere else and he said yes his name is Dom and tim wasn't any be... read more
