Pedro was GREAT! The Best! he helped me find the right valve cover gasket as i received the wrong one when I did an online order for pick up!! 10/10 customer service!
I highly recommend O'Reilly Auto Parts over the 2 clowns down the street because unlike Advanced, they actually WORK and do their jobs. Nelson hooked up the diagnostic machine & told me which sensor I needed and gave me a detailed printout. I went back a couple of days later & asked for such sensor and the manager sold me the part at half of the expected price because their brand has a comparable sensor with a lifetime warranty. Those guys love cars and you can tell as soon as u walk in the door with a question.. they all especially DANNY !!!! They all put input into the situation and wasn’t worried about selling parts they’re worried about getting u right because sometimes process means more than the part such as burping the coolant!!!!
