I returned a part to O’Reilly Auto Parts and had a very poor experience. The manager spoke with another manager and said, “It’s your call to take it back.” In the end, they kept the part and I was given no refund. Completely unacceptable customer service. I left without my money or the part. I won’t be returning to this location.
Needed a low beam lightbulb replaced on my car. Gentleman working there graciously installed it for me quickly and easily. Thank you for such great customer service!
My car battery died at 4pm on a Saturday, and I was stressed and in a rush to get it fixed before the upcoming work week. Felix at O’Reilly was incredible. He helped me sort out my options, installed the new battery, disposed of the old one quickly, and did so with so much kindness. I would absolutely go back to O’Reilly, mainly because of Felix.
Abel and Felix on September 16 2025 I went to purchase fuses for my car and these two Gentleman the Manager and customer associate. Was very very nice with and helped me on point . They treat me with respect and very caring . Store was very clean and the Asistence and Manager clean appearance . It was an excellent experience. Keep up the great work .
