Need more professional counter help... people were stacked out the door. Every line of three was dead stopped for one reason or another. 35 minutes in line to buy a 12.00 quart of oil.

Not a knock on this store, but on this type of auto parts store. I knew what I wanted, got it off the shelf then proceeded to wait in line more than ten minutes for the three people ahead of me who needed help. Please install a self check out for those of us who just want to buy things, keep the help desk separate from checkout.

I've been there 3 times this week and had to wait 15-20 minutes each time because only 2 workers we're working the front. Line to the door. They need more workers at the front. I could hear some in the back but never seen them. Now looking at past reviews it seems the problem hasn't been fixed for a few years. Phone was constantly ringing and no one answering the calls. Plenty of workers in the back cursing and having a good time. Not good

So look, im a long time loyal customer of O'Reilly's. They are usually super knowledgeable, helpful, and dont try to sell you parts or products you dont need. I was more than disappointed when I went in asking if they could check my power steering fluid level, (my Dad even recommended I go here for help with it!!) and sell me the right fluid if it was low. Much to my shock, I was told nope, you can go next door for that, but they are closed right now, maybe try back another day. So, I got in my car, drove a little ways down... read more

I want to give a warm thank you to Mr. Jim. Saturday I went and got a few things priced and Mr. Jim was so patient with me. I didn't feel rushed and he in no way made me feel out of place or unwelcome. He looked up all the items I had on paper, priced each one and comforted me when I thought I'd faint, 🤩 he even explained why they were needed and that I had come to the right place. THANK YOU MR.
