Need more professional counter help... people were stacked out the door. Every line of three was dead stopped for one reason or another. 35 minutes in line to buy a 12.00 quart of oil.

Not a knock on this store, but on this type of auto parts store. I knew what I wanted, got it off the shelf then proceeded to wait in line more than ten minutes for the three people ahead of me who needed help. Please install a self check out for those of us who just want to buy things, keep the help desk separate from checkout.

I've been there 3 times this week and had to wait 15-20 minutes each time because only 2 workers we're working the front. Line to the door. They need more workers at the front. I could hear some in the back but never seen them. Now looking at past reviews it seems the problem hasn't been fixed for a few years. Phone was constantly ringing and no one answering the calls. Plenty of workers in the back cursing and having a good time. Not good

We shop OReilleys exclusively for our fleet. However this particular location, I have a small irritation. And your deliveries probably have drivers with same irritation. Would it have been so hard to make even the tiniest concession for trailers?

Never enough help in this store. 2 people behind the counter just won’t cut it. Other employees walking around in back stocking, or whatever while customers walk out the door. Why can’t they jump in an help???
