I usually dread going into any auto parts stores because it means something’s wrong with my car or equipment, but this O'Reilly location is the exception. The staff here is beyond helpful, they actually take the time to walk you through what you need without any judgements. Plus, they always have excellent deals and different price points/options for parts. I highly recommend this team and store if you want to get in, get the right part, and get back on the road or back to working!!! 5 🌟 Employees all the way around!!!

Need more professional counter help... people were stacked out the door. Every line of three was dead stopped for one reason or another. 35 minutes in line to buy a 12.00 quart of oil.

Had a great experience today at this location. Brittany was a great help and helped me get everything I needed quickly to get my work on my car done. I think I may have to start coming here instead of AZ

Huge shout out for excellent customer service provided by Ben! He went above and beyond helping after my car broke down. Would highly recommend going and seeing Ben for all your car needs!

I've been there 3 times this week and had to wait 15-20 minutes each time because only 2 workers we're working the front. Line to the door. They need more workers at the front. I could hear some in the back but never seen them. Now looking at past reviews it seems the problem hasn't been fixed for a few years. Phone was constantly ringing and no one answering the calls. Plenty of workers in the back cursing and having a good time. Not good
