With all the auto parts stores around, O'Reilly's is the only one I'll be going to. I went there with a minor problem with an electrical problem. They made every effort to find a possible fix for me and when it turned out that a possible solution was a small package of electrical contact grease, he just gave it to me. I said, that's ok, this is a business, he said don't worry about it, "we appreciate your business". It might have only been a couple bucks, but they just got a customer for life.
