The man at the counter was incredibly helpful. I needed a specific part for my van, and after some deliberation we found what seemed to be the right bushing for the rear control arm, he was also able to order it for me. Who'd think that there'd be terrific parts selection and helpful sales people at a chain auto parts store? Let me start by saying that when this was the old VIP Auto Parts, I went into the store perhaps one or two times. Normally I'd frequent a couple of locally-owned parts stores that had a good stock or access to all sorts of oddball stuff. Now that they've been gobbled up, I rarely go there.
