My mother went to the O’Reilly’s in Chicago Heights today regarding an issue that she has been having with her car. Specifically, her engine light was on, and she needed some assistance with the next steps. I don’t have the name of the woman who assisted her, but she was extremely helpful. My mom was able to get her car fixed. Everything is working properly. She purchased a part from O’Reillys and it was cheaper than what a competitor was telling her. He was very detailed and informed me of all I needed to know about what I purchases like the warranties. He gave me two copies of my receipt in case I lost one. I’d return
