Employees are very professional and knowledgeable about their business
I needed Tire Rods, and checked around several Auto Parts Stores, but mostly I was told that they needed to be special ordered, but O'Reilly's Auto Parts in Chicago Heights, IL had them. I spoke with the Parts Specialist named Rod , who took care of my order over the phone. Before I got in the store, I saw him running to bring me my car parts, and gave me a discount too. Man that was fantastic 🤩!! I was in and out of the store in 5 minutes. Now that is what I call great service! WORD!! Margaret
