Called for a 5inch exhaust clamp and the man we talked to held it for us since they had it in stock. Very nice over the phone. When we got to the store, Maxwell, was the young man we spoke to inside. He was very chipper, welcoming and personable. Highly recommend shopping here especially if this young man is the one helping you out. It’s nice to see that there still good customer service with employees who are kind and helpful.
Customer service could be improved
Hire more qualified drivers. Genuinely cannot believe how many times y'all leave parts at the hub and screw people over
