Just came by the oreily store and the employee Chris is good gentleman…. He went out his way to help me with my airbag on my semi truck…. He installed it and didn’t want anything for doing it….I’m very thankful for that…

This stores manager louie should be fired . Absolute embrassement to the company i dont know how oreilys keeps employees that give their company bad reputations . I will be tellong everyone not to go here
I called on the phone to have a couple parts held for me. Angelica took my call and was so helpful and polite! When I entered the store later to pick up my items, I approached a young man at the counter and greeted him. He gave me an uncomfortable stare and did not greet me back. I mentioned what I was there for. He said nothing back to me, instantly turned to his coworker Angelica, and said "You took the call. You can take care of it."
