I called on the phone to have a couple parts held for me. Angelica took my call and was so helpful and polite! When I entered the store later to pick up my items, I approached a young man at the counter and greeted him. He gave me an uncomfortable stare and did not greet me back. I mentioned what I was there for. He said nothing back to me, instantly turned to his coworker Angelica, and said "You took the call. You can take care of it." Nice customer service
Was in a bit of a rush so I walked up to the register with two co-workers talking with each other. I politely asked if they could point me towards the wiper fluid. The young woman scoffed at me and the gentleman pointed and sarcastically goes "I'm LITERALLY looking at it." While walking up to the shelf to get my fluid I hear him turn to her and go "People like him come here all the time."
