Never again Last week this store "manager" Rosie totally lost respect of all customers by refusing to help a female customer requesting a cartridge of red hi-temp trailer grease. First trip she stated she had none, 2nd trip an employee was shown the cartridge and was in process of being helped when Rosie yelled at the employee to leave or be fired, she then threatened to call the police and have the 74 year old female customer removed. I had a disappointing experience with the manager during my visit. When I asked for help with a part, she was dismissive and came across as rude and impatient. To make matters worse, she took a phone call in the middle of our conversation. Very unprofessional and not what I expected when asking for assistance.
