Called in to see if a part came in that i ordered a few days back. I was told by an employee over the phone that "the part is here and waiting for you to pick up." Went in to pick up the part a couple hours later only to be told that they never received that part all. Completely wasted my time. How hard is it to check to see if you have something in store instead of making something up? This store has lost my business.
