I went in to buy jumper cables and told them I would be back as my wife’s car needed a new battery. I asked if they could do the replacement for me as that is what is advertised. I was told it was to hot out and his broken collarbone says no. There were other employees that were there and that was not an option to him. I am not sure what the issue was however I spent my money elsewhere and had it replaced just fine.
