Employee Luis gave no care about my order he took and never called to let me know my part won't be in till the next day after taking my money and telling me it will be in by 2:45 pm today.

You failed to give me my Special order parts that were promised two different times and never received them with not even having the decency to call us to let us know. Travelling on the 5 and realized our headlight was out. The guys at oreily came out with tools in hand and showed us how to change it. These guys were so nice and helpful! Great customer service! Thank u and have a blessed new year!
