The manager is disrespectful. He refunded an item to the wrong card and got mad because he did. Told me im entitled because I wanted to know where my refund is. Bryan or Brian is his name. I asked for contact information of the general manager he would not provide it.

Fake friendly. Product wrong up higher price. Watch you instead of being actually helpful and honest. Didn't speak when we entered but came running out the back to watch us. Luckily came for & found exact item. Other O’Reilly cross town better shopping experience.
