RecommendedStore was busy early this afternoon, and there was a mask Nazi in the store yelling and cussing at everyone. Most pulled up their masks, as 1 employee walked away from the mask Nazi, I could see his glasses fogging up, he pulled his mask down to let them clear up and the mask Nazi started screaming at him, the employee, Gregory, handled the customer, who was screaming and cussing at him and all the other customers in the store with grace, and treated him much better than I would have if he had said anything to me. A bad experience (lazy employees) at the sunbeam road location is how I came to shop at this store. Your employee, Randy was totally awesome .... He helped me over phone at first ... He was very pleasant and extremely knowledgeable (had a sense of humor too). Upon arrival at this store ... there was an older female employee that was not friendly at all. I waited for Randy to return from his lunch break. He took very good care of me during my visit to this store location. He also carried my purchase out to the car. I definite... read more

One Oreillys store was horrible with customer service. Called this store and immediately changed my preferred store to this one. I buy parts from almost every parts store from Southside blvd to San Pablo, Dames point bridge to Beach Blvd. This will be my go to store from now on, and they have a price match guarantee.
