Raymond is a GREAT help! His customer service was impecable and his attitude was contagious. He helped me find what I needed and even assisted me with advice on how to install the item and had a great attitude while doing so. This will be my home auto parts store from now on due to this experience with Raymond. Definitely recommend 10/10

Good Afternoon, I just wanted to express my sincere THANK YOU to Willson at the 5102 Blanding Blvd, Jacksonville FL location. He went out of his way to take care of me when I needed to get my battery changed. Many other places I called or visited did not want to do the job because it was "too difficult". When I asked Willson if he could do it, he said "Of course, I can." He had me on the road in 15 minutes and was so extremely polite.
