I had an absolutely fantastic experience at the O'Reilly Auto Parts store on Sunbeam Road. I was in a tough spot needing a replacement belt for a drill rig, but I only had approximate dimensions to go off of. I called ahead, and Rodney answered the phone. He was incredibly patient and helpful. Instead of turning me away because I didn't have an exact part number, he worked with the rough measurements I gave him and tracked down a couple of options they had in stock. Bought what I needed at this store to change my oil and was turned away when it was time to drop off my used oil. They said the tank is full when the first guy that helped said to come by and drop it off when you're done.
