Been coming to this location regularly since 2012 and recently I was sold an intake control module for my G35 but didn't even end up installing the part, let alone open the box. Upon return, the same employee who sold me the part, would not honor the refund/return policy even though the part is unused and still with its original packaging/receipt so now I'm out ~$90. TJ, the manager, went above and beyond to find our (almost impossible) part!! Best auto parts experience ever!!
They are well versed in diesel trucks and they always have the parts I need in stock unlike the AutoZone and advance Auto parts that are closer to my house! Thanks for keeping my old truck on the road!!!!
In a nutshell You Suck! First u make me wait forever to buy windshield wipers and replace then for me and then you only have 2 young guys working there that seem to know nothing. Never again wll i go there i will stick wth Auto Zone least they care and know what there doing
Store was open but no one was at the counter to greet, ask for assistance or even to take my money when I ready to make a purchase. I will not be shopping at O'Reilly ever again. It seems they don't want your money.
