they are very unknowable every time I go there I get the wrong parts and they do not care to fix the problem district manager will assume smile in your face will be Napa from now on
An employee assisted in a robbery. They say they don't have an lost and found procedure or don't keep items at all but an employee gave a stranger my wallet after it was turned into them for lost and found. If you don't have a policy or procedure, why did you take the wallet to hold in the first place?
So O'Reillys I hear that a shooting was in the area in front of your store and you still has the employees working. You all, the the regional manager, and the corporate office should be ashamed of yourself. This doesn't show that you care too much for your employees.
