It took a good amount of time, but they finally found my tool purchase from 2+ years ago and gave me a warranty replacement. There weren't enough of employees on duty at the time for such a busy store. The phone was ringing off the hook and the employees didn't seem to care or make an effort to answer, although they were relatively polite to the customers in front of them. I recently started buying my parts online so I only go into the store when I can't afford the luxury of waiting for shipping.
Alot of parts in stock. But they may want to consider some training before letting their associates work with other potential buyers. Poor people skills.
be careful who waits on you, and know what your part should look like – It's a shame that you can't get a part at this store for older vehicles because employees don't know how to use their computers, and nobody can read a catalog anymore. I asked for a simple thermostat for an old mopar. I stated the car was a 74 318. One kid said "she gave us the part number". The other kid said the car was older than him. No kidding. Home cooking Olees serves up some real home cooking. Mr Olee started his place many years ago and wanted to do something different. You can drive "Thru" Olees. If you need a coke,loaf of bread,even diapers, you drive your car thru the store and never have to get out of the car. Rain or shine, just roll your window down. I would recomend that everyone try Olees. They have a nice dining room too. You will love it
