I’ve been ordering a lot of car parts lately, and I’m definitely not an expert, so great customer service makes all the difference. I normally go to the O’Reilly on San Mateo, and every time the staff has been incredibly friendly and helpful. This week I had to place a couple of different parts orders, and Mark, the store manager, went above and beyond. So there are two auto suppliers on San Mateo does an AutoZone and an O’Reillys right by the main library & Montgomery Avenue.
