Ronald was awesome! We had a part malfunction and he was more then willing to help us diagnose the issue and find the parts we needed and test the part once we installed it. He's the friendliest O'Reilly employee we've met. There was also a rude customer and Ronald handled the customer with great professionalism. Ronald deserves a raise!
Ronald was a great help today. He turned a stressful situation into an easy and smooth process. I appreciate his knowledge and helpful recommendations. This person is a great asset and O’reilly is lucky to have him on their team.
I chose to come to O'Reilly for my car battery issues because of the positive reviews, but I will NEVER give my business to this shop again and STRONGLY dissuade other women from coming to this shop. I had an extremely inappropriate experience with the employee Nicholas Henderson.
