Michael who works at this location is uneducated, unprofessional, and extremely rude. I purchased a battery for my car that unfortunately was a dud. When I went in to have them swap it for a good one he gave me a hard time that it must be my alternator and there is no way it’s a bad battery that soon. Cut to thirty minutes later he calls me to tell me it is a bad battery and they’re going to replace it but I still need to have my alternator checked.
