My sister paid for her water pump in neosho, so we could pick it up in webb city. The man was very rude to my husband, they didnt get the order form from neosho. Instead of calling the neosho store, he refused to call and talk to the lady it was bought from to get the proper paperwork. He finally called and talked to a man that didnt know anything about it. After waiting my turn in line and being asked how they could help me I stated I need a engine light checked n was told I had to wait for everyone else to be helped behind me!! I was just as much a customer as those behind me. I will never use another O'Reillys again !!!
