RecommendedI bought windshield wipers and they came out and put them on for me
Karen and the other staff person who opened the store this morning (11/12/19) could NOT have been more rude and disrespectful to me and about my vehicle, using words like "garbage" and "crap". I was VERY disappointed with their attitude, seeming put-out at having to install my new battery on a cold morning. But if O'Reilly's offer to install batteries and wipers for free comes with limitations on the time of day or weather that service is available, perhaps you should rethink who opens your store on cold mornings.

Very helpful staff that goes above and beyond. A special Thanks goes to Eric for helping me get my headlight in oh, there's no way I could have done it without him.
Wonderful place to go if you ALWAYS want you parts wrong and then even better if you want to be slapped in the face with a 2% discount for having to drive back into town for the "right" parts. What a joke!!!!!! Horrible staff, awful managers....way to go Carthage O'Reilly.....I would have expected more.
