Guy was smacking eating chips while attempting to help me and then was rude about looking up a business account.
Came here to get my battery replaced, and Jay somehow forgot to bolt down the positive side of the battery. It looks like he dropped the bolt and just didn’t tell us, causing it to come loose down the road.
I’ve never had a problem in this particular store. The management is great. The employees are great and are always very helpful. They operate with integrity and honesty and that goes a long way in my book!!
if i could give a ZERO in customer service i would. the staff there is horrible. the staff there got rid of my battery when i left it there to have it tested and BRANDON said "supposably we called you to get your battery". that is not true and never happened. when i started to get upset about the battery i heard "i don't have to deal with this" and was hung up on. HORRIBLE MANNERS AND CUSTOMER SERVICE.
They were a big help trying to find out what was wrong with my F150 truck. Were a Ford house didn't have the time to even look at it because they are "short handed".
