I was in need of straps to secure a washing machine in my truck. First off I was referred to the o’Reillys in Slaton by the owner of Zaz RV. The salesman (Art) not only guided me as to which straps to purchase, but he came out to my truck and secured the washer with those straps. I was headed to Snyder, and had to drive some slower due to the wind trying to shift the huge box. But did get safely home with the new washing machine for my daughter. Thank you so much Art! Well I beg to differ I have had the most amazing experience since I have lived in Slaton Very respectful the assistant has always gone above and beyond to help my son and I he goes to the extreme to explain and help you as well very smart and intelligent needs to be the manger by now he very helpful even the employee as well Thank you to all the staff
