Had an Incredible experience at this store. The store manager was very knowledgeable with all my questions. As a working man, it's nice to be to arrive after a long day and have someone take care of you. Will definitely be coming back here! His staff was amazing too, very friendly. I'll definitely tell people I know to come here for their quick car part needs.
Michael was absolutely, amazing. EXCEPTIONAL customer service. He took the time to come out and help me replace bulbs for my headlights. Every time I come here I always know I am going to walk out with exactly what I need, because the people working here ACTUALLY know their stuff! Thank you, Michael! You saved my day!
ALERT This Oreilly treated me wrong today by providing poor customer service. I should have read the reviews. Its a shame how the employees and three managers are treating me and refuse to do anything for me. I do not recommend them and wish someone else at your store above the three managers would help me.
