Great service even came outside and helped with car
I visited the store today to get some touchup paint for a 1955 Thunderbird that looks like it’s been painted a couple of times. I told the paint professional what I wanted. I was thinking that there is no way she could match it but I just needed something to look better than a paint chip. The paint professional was extremely nice and in a few minutes she had mixed a perfect match to old paint. I couldn’t be happier.
Awful customer service ! Called to price an item in the paint department and was placed on hold for 10 minutes because only one person knew the pricing. After holding for 10 minutes, the person acting as if they were speaking to someone they knew personally. This representative didn’t apologize for the long hold or introduce who they were.
