Employee's are too busy with customers over the phone. Spent 10 minutes waiting to pay, I ended up walking out. Both employees were tied up helping customers over the phone. You should really take the time to take care of the customers that are right in front of you. You could have placed a customer on a brief hold. Wouldn't take more than 2 minutes to check out so we can be on your way. Autozone was much faster and no wait.
Dayshun went above and beyond installing my new windshield wipers and headlights. Excellent customer service!
