Went in to get brake pads. Add said $45. He charged me $83. I ask why he said he was out of the $45 one. Bait and switch. Beware! These guys will try to cheat you. Don't let them! Stay far away!
Everybody is so friendly and they are definitely there to help you. This is the only store I go to.
Very good customer service
I recently brought my car in with a check engine light. All 3 employees were immediately annoyed with me for asking them to read the light for me. One of them came outside with me. When we went back inside, the other 2 employees were telling stories about female customers being entitled. The guy flipped the computer screen around & told me that there was nothing on the screen so there was nothing wrong with my car. I am currently stranded waiting for my disabled vehicle to be towed.
