How come it seems like every time I go into this store there is a whole new crew working there? I think the only guy that has been there for more than a few weeks is that older guy? I think his name is Jay. He also seems to know about cars not just how to look up parts on the computer.
While changing by side brake lights was a breeze. The high mount center window light would not release light bulb and instructed by the Toyota manuel. The gentlemen in service took the unit apart to replace bulb, and the repaired and reinstalled for no charge. Fantastic attitude and service at this location.
I think O'Reilly is a rip off artist when they won't stand behind the product they sell to the normal consumer. They feel when the part does not function you should be able to do a full diagnostic to prove their pump is a POS. Well I don't know about other normal consumers but I don't have the money to buy a diagnostic center that would be used to do this. Do not patronize this store, stick with AutoZone who stand behind their products. Oh by the way also contacting corporate.
