O'Reilly's is my auto part go-to business.. I've been getting my parts from them for over 30 years. They always have the best parts and the best prices. I am giving four stars because the last time the lady that greeted me wasn't very clear on what I was supposed to do and wasn't very nice about it. Normally I go in and they tell a staff member that someone needs the code reader and then they come out. She just seemed a little snootie about it towards me and told me I had to stand in line. Huh? Fairly notorious for having problems with vehicles and have found myself in many different auto part shops in the past. The manager Ashley at this location has made this the best experience I’ve had yet. I came to replace a faulty battery which I haven’t done before and she helped me with the entire process, from buying it to installing it and even cleaning the battery terminals. Definitely the place to go if you’re looking for someone who will put you first.

I was on my way to class yesterday and my car battery died. I have left the lights on. I was frantic because I had a quiz, so I ran over to O'Reillys to get a jump starter. When I got there, I grabbed he jumpstarted and went to check out. After finding out, it was $200. I was debating on calling an Uber, but Ashley offered to go to my vehicle with me in the apartment complex nearby. She jumpstarted my car and saved my day.
