Did a online order at 7:30am got there at around 5:30pm after getting a email saying my order was completed and ready for pickup early in the day. I get there and nothing was ready? I did online ordering because I had to get in and out. Then come to find out they didn't even have one of the products that I needed after I got an email saying it was ready for pick up. I use O'Reilly all the time but after this im not sure anymore.
