Carlos deserves a round of applause for excellent service and being super friendly, he was very helpful and made my shopping experience worth while bravo.
I had a disappointing experience. Needed a battery. Provided year, make and model of car. Gave me 4 options. Went home and grabbed my battery so I didn't have to pay core charge. Battery brought in. I purchased lowest cost battery. Husband tried to put in and instantly said wrong battery. He returned and the associate took NO ACCOUNTABILITY of providing wrong battery even though provided with all info as well as actual battery. Good service Had what I needed
I was a Autozone lover!! That was until O’Reilly’s in Attleboro Mass made themselves 1000x better!! Same part from competitor was $15-more and O’reillys got it the same day!! There competition wanted to be paid in full before ordering and it would’ve taken 24hrs for the part!! Now I’m a O’Reilly guy!!! 100%.
