I had a disappointing experience. Needed a battery. Provided year, make and model of car. Gave me 4 options. Went home and grabbed my battery so I didn't have to pay core charge. Battery brought in. I purchased lowest cost battery. Husband tried to put in and instantly said wrong battery. He returned and the associate took NO ACCOUNTABILITY of providing wrong battery even though provided with all info as well as actual battery.
