Not very attentive about customers needs. I waited at the counter for about 5 minutes and no one asked if I had been helped or what I needed. I walked out. This happens everytime I go to thos location. I recommend the Oreillys on White bear Ave maplewood-st paul border.
Normally it's a good place, but lately there's a African American guy with a very aggressive attitude and yelling to the costumers, I don't know his name but he is not fit for that kind of service
Parking lot is full at 11am, store is trashed, no brake cleaner
Zakrys communication skills are immaculate he is extremely helpful kind and very genuine great customer service
I went in to purchase some items for my vehicle. While I was in there the black guy Dave behind the counter started yelling at a customer. If the Napa was still across the street I would’ve gone over there however the guy with the beard Hayden I think?stepped in and helped to deescalate. I will now only be going in when Hayden is working. Hopefully that Dave guy learns some deescalation tactics. That is not how you treat a customer no matter how angry they may get.
