I went to have my battery and alternator checked. The young guy (sorry I didn't catch his name), goes out in the rain and checked everything out in about 3 minutes. Everything was good and passed. He told me about the fluctuating voltage in the newer vehicles and specifically on my Jeep Grand Cherokee. Totally awesome service, I'll definitely be back.
I asked for help checking for a few items today and the guy behind the counter told me to go pop because it’ll be easier for him rather than looking up the part number I needed … going to auto zone for now on out
Sometimes they can be real busy
I went in with check engine light on and auto start failures. The manager here read the engine codes and printed off the explanation of what they meant. He then tightened down my battery and solved all my car's problems! Big thank you!!! And very helpful!
