Mark was very helpful and got the parts I needed the same day
i had a very unhappy visit at oreilly i spoke with T or what ever his name was he couldn't even have the correct customer service satification on helping me return a part i no longer needed an you guys are supposed to take care of us customers an i felt disrespected so im no longer coming to this establishment ill be taking my business else where, where im actually greeted with respect and get my satification from stepping into oreilly.
