Manager refused to talk to my mechanic to clarify what the possible causes for my bad battery could be, informed me that the ONLY POSSIBLE cause of the slight bulge on the sides of the battery could be that it froze solid at some point (nerver mind that there are chemical reactions that happen inside a battery - particularly when the insides are bad - over time that could cause this too) when there was zero signs thru the winter that it froze - no need to jump start it at any time.
