I absolutely love going to get my parts from Jen who’s very knowledgeable of sourcing hard to find parts very customer, friendly, absolute best employee I travel from Plymouth, Massachusetts to go to the store simply because of her hands-down best person in sales for parts they can be will travel just to see her to get my parts always make sure they’re right and always make sure that they’re there as fast as possible and always a great price
Reserved a battery online, which stated pick up in 1 hour. I decided to go there as it is close to house. Walked into store female on her phone another assistant on the store phone. Told her that I put in an order for a battery, apparently I was troubling her as she had to get up and go ask person in back. She comes back to desk. Oh we don’t have that in stock. Seriously it took them two hours to figure that out. Went next door to Autozone and left with same battery in 10 minutes. Definitely will not be going back to orielly... read more
