When I showed up there was a women employee standing in the doorway, smoking. I drove away and never went into store. My rating is negative four stars.
I purchased a battery for my vehicle in Dec 2025. Mechanic found the battery was not good in Apr of 2026. Of course the receipt can't be found anywhere! Took the battery back to O'Reilly Auto Parts, they looked up my phone number, found the purchase and switched it out for a new one with no problem! I was very grateful and impressed with how helpful they were.
Highly disappointed I showed up less than 10 minutes before closing time all I literally needed was one jug of antifreeze which would have taken me 30 seconds to find employees ran to the door and locked it immediately
Friendly staff, got my part and called the exact time they promised. Never have to worry about ordering a part and it being the wrong one. 10/10
