RecommendedMy car battery died and I called O'Reilly's to see if I could have someone install a new one, and they said yes as long as it was accessible. I have a 2005 Dodge Neon so no problem. They had the battery I needed, removed the old one and installed the new one, all within a few minutes. I had great customer service and will definitely go there for any of my auto parts needs!🙂
Springfield Or is the worst store to go into now a days. The customer service is horrible. They have a guy named Bryan who bald with glasses and looks like a psychopath. I walk in the store to get lights builds as the ones they are selling burn out and I was wanting to talk to a manager. Of course one wasn’t working....
