I've been to many O'Reilly's all over the Twin Cities, have had great costumer service at all of them except this one. Never have I bought something were the salesman didn't even speak a word to me. No, hello... welcome... thanks for coming in... felt very welcomed there. Or not. I dont know maybe I picked the wrong day to come in. Maybe Monday-Friday the "A" team is working and i just got stuck with the horse shit "C" team on a Sunday. I'll stick with my Prior Lake O'Reilly's from here on out. Thanks!
Poor Communication My friend and I both ordered bikes at Motoprimo Lakeville. They did not come when they were supposed to. The salesman did not return my friend's calls and did not call me--I had to do all the follow-ups. They will not mail my license plate to me and I am 2 hours away--despite repeated requests both at the time I picked up the bike and 3 e-mails since. Motorcycle parts I needed a very obscure part for my old motorcycle. They had it in stock! I got there right at closing time and instead of getting a rushed attitude, I got a friendly salesman, who was willing to talk and help me. Prices are typical, service is fantastic! I was very pleased with the entire experience and would definitely return to MotoPrimo for future motorcycle needs!
