I advice you take yourself to a different O'reilly location or go to more friendly auto parts store like Autozone. Manager here, her name is Grace, she's hispanic with short blonde hair and glasses, she is rude, with a horrible attitude towards customers. This morning I went there with my mother to get a fuel pump, and of course she was asking for help..
