I wanted to share a great experience I had at this location a few days ago. The manager, Juan, really saved the day. I was having some trouble with my old Ford Focus and needed a new negative battery terminal cable. Not only did Juan help me find the exact part I needed, but he actually went above and beyond by helping me install it right there. O’Reilly on airline has consistently provided great customer service. The staff is friendly, Esmeralda, Alex, Christian, knowledgeable, and always willing to help find the right parts quickly. They take the time to answer questions, offer helpful recommendations, and make the whole experience easy and stress-free. It’s clear they care about their customers and take pride in doing a great job. Highly recommend this store for anyone who values reliable and professional service.
If you have a commercial account do not come to this location, The bald head guy and older man in the back do not care about your business. I walked to the back and the bald guy did not even acknowledge me or greet me which is fine, he was working a order so I waited till he was done.
