I don't like giving bad reviews but here we go. Cashier #1 completes a transaction with a customer in front of me. Fine and dandy. He steps out to assist that gentleman installing his new wipers. Again...fine and dandy. The older gentleman cashier assists me and does not say a word, doesn't ask me for my rewards #...silence. No thank you, not a f you or anything. He hands me a receipt. Kyle gave GREAT customer service! I don’t know about auto parts and I said the wrong part. He didn’t realize either due to him being in training. After I walked in a couple times, we figured it out. He handled the transaction and did an exceptional job at “making the client happy”. Thanks so much for that Kyle!
I used to go into O’Reillys all the time and they would help me out. I went in to have them put windshield wipers on and he told me what to go look for and sent me on my way. The least the Dude could’ve did was come over and help me find them because there were so many options. I said screw it and I left. I’m gonna go to Toyota. I’m an older woman, and I don’t know crap about cars.
The team at O'Reilly Aout Parts is great. They are helpful and if they do not have what I need they help me figure out how to get it. Sometimes it's from another of their locations or on of their many networks of used part people out there. They also have a used oil tank and will take my oil, as I change my own most of the time.
