I used to go into O’Reillys all the time and they would help me out. I went in to have them put windshield wipers on and he told me what to go look for and sent me on my way. The least the Dude could’ve did was come over and help me find them because there were so many options. I said screw it and I left. I’m gonna go to Toyota. I’m an older woman, and I don’t know crap about cars.
The team at O'Reilly Aout Parts is great. They are helpful and if they do not have what I need they help me figure out how to get it. Sometimes it's from another of their locations or on of their many networks of used part people out there. They also have a used oil tank and will take my oil, as I change my own most of the time.
Had what I was looking for
The website says that O'Reilly accepts fluids for hazardous disposal. The know-it-all kid at the counter would not accept an old bottle of O'Reilly brake fluid. We have dealt with this young man's attitude many times. He is not presenting a customer service position at all!
Matt went above and beyond to test our camper battery!!! It wasn’t easy and we really appreciate all he did!
