I called today and spoke to Jason about a battery, he said the notes in the computer said they couldn't change the battery but come In so I can look at it. When I walked in the door he knew it was me and gave me a kind greeting & said let's give it a look, he tugged and tugged and said jokingly I can't do it and then laughed and said just kidding.
