“ Trevor “ ‘s customer service could be worked on. If you don’t like your job leave it goofy. A 5 min routine stop turning into a 30 min wait Everyone else Daniel , Justin , Jose amazing service and amazing attitude 24/7 regardless rush or no rush. They can handle the pressure.
I've been a patron of this store for all the years I've lived in Bellaire and have been inclined to give a five star rating, supporting this store in years past. A family member had an extremely unsatisfactory experience while visiting this location. Justin, who was working evenings the week of October 13th was rude and condescending. Their behavior was unprofessional and completely void of customer service. If you want to ruin your day, stop by while Justin is working. The store is very well organized and Trevor was simply the best! He installed my headlight bulb without me asking and was very friendly. Super grateful he handled that for me! Highly recommend O’Reilly and Trevor 😁
