The manager here was very knowledgeable and helpful on a specialized product I was about to purchase. The young man who checked me out was polite and also very helpful. This kind of service is rare these days! Go out of your way to go to this location if you have to get parts. I've been to another auto parts store. I left frustrated.
Went with girlfriend twice. Justin makes you uncomfortable by asking too many unnecessary personal questions
The O’reilly’s at this location just kinda sucks since the remodel - not sure if the management is new or something else is at work, but it’s unfortunate since the location is convenient. 1. Didn’t have iron remover when I went - eh, it’s a niche product so somewhat understandable. Went to west u location and thankfully they had it in stock. 2. Battery died under full warranty, but they would not replace it because the one listed in the system *they sold me at this location* was different than the one I had. Weird, but I had... read more
The team here is very helpful and very kind. The manager himself is very knowledgeable as well as the team he hired. I will go out of my way to continue coming to this store for future purchases. If I could give 10 stars I would.
