I’m going to buy a part for my car, the website shows it has this one and I came, but the staff can’t find it. I need wait for about 3 hours. He helped me order from other shop. I waited more time because my car can’t drive anymore.
Purchased a new battery and had it installed here. Best experience I’ve ever had with car stuff. Staff was kind and not condescending about my lack of knowledge, they were super respectful about what I did and didn’t want to purchase, and the whole thing was quick and pleasant. A bright spot on a car trouble day!
Daniel gave me stellar customer service today by being helpful in directing me to the correct coolant and oil that I needed for my Audi. Daniel was extremely patient with me; I am not as knowledgeable about cars, and he answered every question with care. My experience was filled with lots of laughter, and Daniel made my day. I will definitely be back.
