Daniel gave me stellar customer service today by being helpful in directing me to the correct coolant and oil that I needed for my Audi. Daniel was extremely patient with me; I am not as knowledgeable about cars, and he answered every question with care. My experience was filled with lots of laughter, and Daniel made my day. I will definitely be back.
The manager here was very knowledgeable and helpful on a specialized product I was about to purchase. The young man who checked me out was polite and also very helpful. This kind of service is rare these days! Go out of your way to go to this location if you have to get parts. I've been to another auto parts store. I left frustrated.
Went with girlfriend twice. Justin makes you uncomfortable by asking too many unnecessary personal questions
The O’reilly’s at this location just kinda sucks since the remodel - not sure if the management is new or something else is at work, but it’s unfortunate since the location is convenient. 1. Didn’t have iron remover when I went - eh, it’s a niche product so somewhat understandable. Went to west u location and thankfully they had it in stock. 2.
