Place was ok, got what we needed. Employees weren't too friendly, little bit on the serious side
I am really happy for the good attention of the guys in the store, especially a guy name Luis, he was really nice, knowledgeable and helpful with me when I was to the store looking for some brake pads and rotors for my car. I really recommend you guys to go to this store, amazing customer service and very good people in the store!!!
Very Disappointed with Customer Service I had a frustrating experience at this store. While trying to ask a simple question, there’s teenager guy about 18 years okd said: “You not listening,” in a very dismissive and unprofessional way. Even though it was said in a normal tone, the wording was rude and made me feel disrespected as a customer, i told my self that’s fine he’s just a young boy about 16-22 and he don’t know how to talk in professional way !
